Borislav Miljanović: Digital transformation of
PR agency in communication group
Dr. Borislav Miljanović is a professional, who has been present on the regional communication scene for 25 years. He is founder and CEO of agency Represent System that operates across the region. In his presentation, he will comment on all the changes that have taken place in the world and business since 2000, pointing to the importance of accepting the change and understanding in which way business should be developed. He will also present response of the agency Represent System on changes – Contento, a platform for a comprehensive approach to the creation, distribution and measurement of content on the Internet.
Borislav Miljanović is the founder and director of the Regional Communication Group Represent System, which consists of specialized agencies in the field of public relations and digital communications “Represent Communications” in Belgrade, Podgorica, Skopje and Banja Luka, business portal and magazine “BizLife”, content creation workshop “The Content Studio”, Startup in the field of digital advertising “Native network” and platform for content analysis on the Internet “Digital Element”. Borislav Miljanović also launched the London School of Public Relations (LSPR) in the region, the first specialized school through which 23 generations of experts from this field have passed to this day. Prior to joining the Represent System, Borislav Miljanović worked for more than ten years as a journalist and editor of numerous media.
He was responsible for the establishment of the BK Group Public Relations Service and was the first official spokesman for HRH Crown Prince Alexander II. He gained degree at the Law Faculty of the University of Belgrade, and then got a title master and later PHD in communication studies from the Faculty of Political Science. He received the awards for his personal contribution in the field of communications, awarded by his colleagues from the profession – the Serbian Public Relations Society. For the development of marketing thought, he received a prize from the Taboo agency, a specialized magazine for marketing communications. His contribution to the development of PR profession was also recognized in the region by the Pro.PR Awards. He is dedicated to the application of new technologies in the communications industry.
