Daniel is co-founder of the Degordian agency, which deals with strategic and creative digital solutions and is one of the largest agencies in this part of Europe with offices in Zagreb, Belgrade, Mostar and Ljubljana. Since its founding, they have won many awards, and some of them are Deloitte Fast 50 for one of the fastest growing technology companies in Central Europe, Effie, SoMo Borac, MIXX and Awwwards. In addition to the professional awards, Degordian owns four awards for the best employer. From Degordian, sister companies were formed: Mediatoolkit in 2014, for online monitoring, and Bornfight in 2018, with the focus on advanced production.

Trends in the agency and business world
The world trends are late in this region at an average of two years. This is not bad, if we know that a good deal of trends does not last that amount of time. In the panel discussion, we will try to answer several questions. How much do we contribute to the creation of new trends in the Adriatic region, and how much do we rely on the trends that come from the world? Is everything that is hit in the world applicable for our market? What are the three trends that are current in our country? How much knowledge that we have is enough to engage in the conquest of world trends?
