Since 2014, Diana is a member of a rewarded, regionally recognized and successful Marketing team of Zagrebacka pivovara working on position of Marketing manager for Sponsorships and events and since april this year as Corporate Affairs Manager Cro & BIH. There is a high level of communication, organizational and leading-business skills required for proper management and project execution. Communicating with different people profiles from external community was everyday part of the job, as well as communicating internal stakeholders. At the same time, she was passionately dedicated to enable building of strong teams and networks in both external and internal environment. Before her engagement with MC I was involved with my personal entrepreneurships and projects that gave her opportunity to continuously manage difficult situation, problem solving and communication towards customers and community involved.

Trends in the agency and business world
The world trends are late in this region at an average of two years. This is not bad, if we know that a good deal of trends does not last that amount of time. In the panel discussion, we will try to answer several questions. How much do we contribute to the creation of new trends in the Adriatic region, and how much do we rely on the trends that come from the world? Is everything that is hit in the world applicable for our market? What are the three trends that are current in our country? How much knowledge that we have is enough to engage in the conquest of world trends?
